Wilhelmsen Global Business Services Tech (UAE) is looking for an IT Coordinator AMB & APAC who will report to the IT Manager AMB & APAC.

• Delivering 2nd Line support for applications, network management, server management, order fulfillment, IT governance and security.
• Assisting the 1st Line Support team in identifying recurring issues and automation opportunities and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
• Resolving and following up on incidents escalated within 2nd & 3rd Line Support in alignment with ITIL best practices.
• Ordering and securing facilities, equipment and supplies for IT services.
