Role Overview

The IT Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting IT operations across schools, ensuring that digital learning platforms (LMS), networks, and devices are fully functional. The role involves providing technical assistance to teachers, students, and staff, ensuring smooth execution of online/offline academic activities, and coordinating with regional teams for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to coordinators, teachers, students, and administrative staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, Chromebooks, mini-projectors, solar batteries, USBs, etc.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, LMS access, and offline mode testing issues.
• Support teachers and coordinators in navigating LMS features (assignments, reports, assessments).
