IT Coordinator for MNP Technology Team

Become part of MNP’s Technology - Support Services team as an IT Coordinator. This role focuses on providing deskside support and ensuring effective IT operations across Canada.

As an IT Coordinator, you'll be a vital part of MNP, a leading national accounting and advisory firm in Canada. You'll support the deployment and configuration of core applications while assisting team members both locally and remotely. This position requires innovative problem-solving and the ability to work independently and within a team while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide deskside support to team members across Canada
• Support deployment and configuration of core applications
• Assist with technical issues on various devices
• Implement and maintain equipment standards and policies
