IT Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and coordination IT Engineers schedules for on-site/outsource/in-house projects & backfills purpose on daily basis.
• Manage interns' schedules for deployment.
• Liaising with Sales Department & IT Department closely on after-sales matters.
• Good communication skills with a customer service attitude.
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries from corporate customers.
• Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Maintain service items inventory control.
• Maintain proper records for billing purpose.
• Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system.
• Preferably with IT knowledge.
• Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager.
