Job Description
Responsibilities
- Preparation and coordination IT Engineers schedules for on-site/outsource/in-house projects & backfills purpose on daily basis.
- Manage interns' schedules for deployment.
- Liaising with Sales Department & IT Department closely on after-sales matters.
- Good communication skills with a customer service attitude.
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries from corporate customers.
- Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Maintain service items inventory control.
- Maintain proper records for billing purpose.
- Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system.
- Preferably with IT knowledge.
- Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies.
