IT Customer Support Consultant

Full-time IT Customer Support Consultant role based in Kuala Lumpur, supporting the technology needs of PROPERTY 213 SDN. BHD. As an IT Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and assistance to internal and external customers, ensuring their IT-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot IT-related problems via phone, email or in-person
• Provide first-line technical support and guide customers through the resolution of software, hardware and network-related issues
