IT Customer Support Consultant

About the role

Full-time IT Customer Support Consultant role based in Kuala Lumpur, supporting the technology needs of PROPERTY 213 SDN. BHD. As an IT Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and assistance to internal and external customers, ensuring their IT-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot IT-related problems via phone, email or in-person
2. Provide first-line technical support and guide customers through the resolution of software, hardware and network-related issues
3. Diagnose and isolate problems, determine their causes and implement appropriate solutions
4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams or specialists for further investigation and resolution
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document all steps taken to resolve issues
