IT Cyber Security Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Lead to oversee and enhance our cleint's information security strategies, ensuring the protection of their systems, networks, and data assets. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape in Belgium and the EU (including GDPR and NIS2). Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's information security program. Manage risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments. Coordinate incident response and recovery procedures; lead investigations of security breaches. Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures in compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant frameworks. Oversee access control, identity management, encryption, and endpoint protection strategies.
