Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage Non-Good (NG) product handling and corrective action processes
- Assist in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with FSC, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality management systems
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits
- Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards
- Monitor and improve quality control procedures in molding and die-cut processes
