IT Designer

As an IT Designer you will become part of our team, and your field of responsibility will be:

Responsibility

·Provide first- and second-level IT support for Asia-based colleagues, ensuring timely response within the Asia timezone while proactively identifying, documenting, and escalating recurring or underreported issues.

·Support, design, and continuously improve global IT systems, workflows, and infrastructure, contributing to standardization, best practices, and worldwide IT initiatives.

·Manage and support client systems across Windows and Linux environments, including network, access, security, and IT equipment lifecycle activities.

·Collaborate closely with global IT teams and support international projects, while acting as a technical and cultural bridge for Asia-related topics, including communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers and supporting po...
