Job Description

Position: IT Desktop Support Engineer L2

Address: New York, NY, United States

Duration: Short-term contract (2 weeks) 5 weekdays (After business hours) + 4 weekend days

Tentative Start Date: 1st Week of December 2025

Shift: Weekday (After office hours) / Weekend (usual 8 hours)
Job Purpose:
We are seeking experienced IT Desktop Support Engineer L2 to support a large-scale desk and monitor installation project. The engineers will be responsible for the physical setup, removal, and configuration of end-user desk equipment, ensuring seamless deployment with minimal disruption to business operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Install and configure dual monitor setups (2 monitors per desk) for approximately 300+ desks.
Set up one docking monitor with built-in webcam on the left and connect a secondary monitor on the right.
