Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Management of asset services, including hardware and desk-side support services.
Coordination and management of 3rd party vendor support services.
Maintenance of the assets database, ensuring accuracy and quality of data, and correcting any errors within an agreed time frame.
Management of relationships between users and assets, correcting any inconsistencies within the requested time frame.
Receipt and support of goods from third-party hardware suppliers.
Performance of regular checks on assets and reporting on data quality.
Management of PC disposal with third parties to minimize financial risks.
Management of PC ordering forecasts for the country, including monitoring orders and deliveries.
Maintenance of an end-user support knowledgebase.
Provision of on-site support to maintain a close relationship with end-users.
