Greetings, We are hiring for the below: Position: Desktop Engineer/Technician Experience: 2-5 years Work Location : Kings Road, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong. Should be able to communicate in spoken & written Local and English Languages. Knowledge and experience on windows 10/11 OS Knowledge of Apple devices (iPhones and iPads) Manage Desktop Devices (hardware, software, and connectivity) incidents through to resolution. Manage IMAC and desk side support services. Manage hard and soft break fix services for laptops and desktops.
