Main Responsibilities

- Lead vendor partnerships and oversee end-to-end software implementation for the Bank's strategic technology initiatives, with a focus on driving innovation in Web3 and AI solutions.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between cross-border teams and external developers to deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget.
- Vendor & Partnership Management: Spend approximately 40% of working time in Shenzhen to oversee operations, build team alignment, and ensure project delivery.
- Project Governance: Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk mitigation, and compliance with banking regulations.
- Project Lifecycle Ownership: Lead end-to-end execution of software projects (including banking apps and AI/Web3 initiatives), ensuring compliance with HKMA regulations.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Align Shenzhen's development output with Hong Kong-based business and technology teams...
