It Engineer – Access Control & Video Surveillance

Responsibilities
Provide operational IT support for Access Control and Video Surveillance platforms across global sites
Support the planning, implementation, operation, and maintenance of security technology solutions
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution activities with internal teams and external vendors
Contribute to IT and Security projects including technical installation planning, implementation, testing, and operational handover
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, regional stakeholders, and global partners to ensure stable system performance
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, security, and operational efficiency of the platforms
Ensure compliance with internal IT and Security standards while supporting business and manufacturing operations
Qualifications
Completed studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
