IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution across IT systems and infrastructure to both internal users and clients.
• Implement, manage, and maintain servers, networking, cloud solutions, and security systems.
• Plan, design, and execute ICT projects for clients and internal operations
• Ensure systems availability, performance monitoring, and proactive maintenance.
• Lead and mentor, providing technical guidance and support.
• Liaise with clients to deliver tailored ICT solutions that meet business requirements
• Maintain documentation, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years' proven experience as an IT Engineer, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, routing, switching).
