IT Engineer, Onsite Support Services - AMERICAS

Main responsibility

Assist users with IT related issues and resolve as quickly as possible to maintain normal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide level support onsite at the Queretaro, Mexico facility, as well as level support on onsite tickets, and elevate issues when applicable.

• Onsite purchasing, configuration and maintenance for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile etc.

• User creations/maintenance

• Coordinate end-user support issues to ensure timely distribution of knowledge and incident resolution.

• Make tasks ordered by the manager or specialist.

• Manage incidents and service requests.
