IT Engineer

IT Engineer

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, and related IT equipment
• Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity issues in a timely manner
• Perform system maintenance, updates, and backups
• Support users with technical issues and provide basic IT training when necessary
• Monitor system performance and ensure IT security best practices are followed
• Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required
• Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, configurations, and incidents

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Certificate in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
