IT Engineer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide daily IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, printers, email, and user systems
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, servers, networking devices, and peripherals
• Support and maintain company systems, databases, and internal applications
• Perform software development / programming for internal systems, automation, or enhancements
• Develop and maintain scripts, applications, or tools to improve work processes
• Support Microsoft 365, email systems, Active Directory, backups, and security
• Assist with system integration, automation, and AI tools
• Liaise with vendors for hardware, software, and system issues
• Prepare basic documentation and user guides
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned
