Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to support daily IT operations, including hardware, software, network maintenance, and technical support across the organization. This role ensures smooth system performance, timely troubleshooting, and effective IT support for users, workshops, meetings, and company operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT technical support for computers, printers, projectors, networks, and operating systems.
• Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of IT equipment and software.
• Handle Helpdesk and 2nd-level support for user complaints and system issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website, application, VOIP, and booking system issues.
• Manage network cable installation, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure end-to-end connectivity.
