Job Description

                    IT Infrastructure Support  Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.) 
Support network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi‑Fi 
Ensure servers and data storage run smoothly (file servers, domain controllers) 
 System Administration  Manage user accounts, email, Active Directory, file permissions 
Monitor IT security (antivirus, firewalls, data protection policies) 
Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place 
 Manufacturing/Production System Support  Provide technical support for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP, or factory‑specific systems 
 Requirements  Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 
1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration
