· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, promote and implement best IT practices, tools and processes.
· Handle onboarding user – setting up email accounts for staff, train and assist them to log in on laptops and handphone.
· Handle offboarding user – assist staff in returning Company asset and log out from Company email and other software.
· Act as the Company IT Support – solving password problems, provide internal services for meeting, presentations, data access, resolve problem with software and hardware (printers, laptops, handphone etc).
· Liaise with vendor and services for trouble shooting processes and hardware and software maintenance.
· Handle IT procurement process such as acquisition of company printer, laptop, handphone, telephone etc.
· Work closely with Accounts and Procurement Department in budget planning for IT Department.
· Renew and maintaining records of software licenses.
