Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, network management, system configuration, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks to ensure stable connectivity
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot biometric attendance machines
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, printers, and peripherals
• Set up new systems and user accounts for new joiners
• Ensure proper installation of licensed software and system security
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation
