IT Executive

Job Summary

The IT Executive will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the Company's overall IT operations. As the first IT personnel in the Company, this role requires hands-on ownership of hardware, network infrastructure, user support, and vendor coordination to ensure stable and secure daily operations.

Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure & System Support

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems, and business applications.
• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, software, and related equipment.
• Ensure systems are operating efficiently, securely, and with minimal downtime.

2. User & Technical Support

• Provide day-to-day IT support to all employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
