Our client is a public listed manufacturing and engineering services company.

As the IT Executive, the main objective of the role is to support end users relating to JD Edwards Application.

Job Description

• System - Perform periodic and ad-hoc support to end users relating to JD Edwards (JDE) application (e.g. assisting in resolving issues reported by end user, creation or modification of new or existing report request by end user, ensure smooth operation of JDE application throughout daily, weekly and monthly cycle, etc).
• Security - Perform periodic maintenance on JDE application user IDs (eg. new user ID creation, modify user ID upon request, disabling user ID upon approval from respective HOD, etc).
• Others - Liaise with external support vendor on any JDE application related such as new project implementation and/or troubleshooting and problem solving.
