Job Description
Your job scope and responsibilities in this position (but not limited) as follows:
(a) to provide day to day first level support of IT infra related matters
(b) daily support of desk-stop, server, network devices, printers, and any other devices relating to the network system
(c) installation, configuring monitoring, troubleshooting and managing all hardware and provide end users IT support
(d) implement IT policies, procedures and standard documentations
(e) manage users’ access right and IT asset inventory
(f) implementing policies relating to Internal Security Management (ISM)
(g) e-workplace support
(h) CCTV management
(i) User and Technical Support
(j) Assist in software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
(k) Conduct IT onboarding support for new employees.
Requirement :
1. At least 3 years and more in related field
2. Knowledgeable in M365 and its administration in Azur...
