IT EXECUTIVE (SOFTWARE)

Guan Chong Cocoa Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a driven and experienced IT Executive to join our team in Pasir Gudang, Johor. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring smooth system operations, data security, and business continuity across our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

• Understand system design and functionalities from both technical and business perspectives.
• Participate in system development life cycle (SDLC) and support project implementation.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure successful project delivery and system enhancements.
• Provide in-house training and support to end users on system applications.
• Offer prompt and effective support for system-related issues and troubleshooting.
