IT Executive/ Sr Executive

Responsible for managing and supporting the Company's IT infrastructure and ensure stable system performance, data security, and effective IT support across HQ and multi-branch operations.

Job Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & System Management

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, workstations, and IT infrastructure.
• Perform daily system checks and monthly server maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth VPN connectivity between HQ and branches.
• Ensure data security, backup systems, disaster recovery readiness, and user access control.

Branch & Field IT Support

• Provide troubleshooting support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support and maintain branch-level handheld devices and mobile printers used by the Sales Distribution team.
