IT Executive

Responsible for providing day-to-day IT operational support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and supporting system enhancements to ensure smooth business operations. This role covers end-user support as part of broader system and infrastructure responsibilities and works closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and the IT leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end users for hardware, software, system, and network-related issues.
• Perform user account management, system access setup, password resets, and software installations.
• Provide end-user support as part of broader IT infrastructure and system responsibilities; this is not a dedicated or ticket-only helpdesk role.
