Install and configure computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems and applications.

Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.

Assist in the comprehensive troubleshooting of system, network, hardware, and software faults, by offering support through in-person visits, phone communication, or remote assistance tools.

Establish good working relationship with inter-department and vendors.

Liaise with other departments or employees in system set ups or solving issues.

Liaise with vendor for purchase and repair of computer hardware, peripherals and any other IT related items.

Support to roll-out new applications at HQ or quarry site offices.
