IT Field Engineer

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering end‑to‑end IT support across a broad tech stack, including ChromeOS, Windows, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, MDM (Intune), networking, infrastructure services, backups, and more—giving you exposure beyond a single domain.
• Building strong relationships with school staff and teachers, understanding their needs, and providing practical, high‑quality solutions.
• Exploring and implementing new technologies that enhance learning—such as VR, 3D printing, and eSports setups.
• Working across multiple school sites in a field‑based role, offering variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to engage with different communities.
• Contributing to a meaningful mission—supporting education and making a real difference for students, particularly in lower socioeconomic areas.
