Scope of Work (JD) – H&F Support for Survey 
Activity Type:  Survey Support (Hands & Feet) 

Engineer Responsibilities:  
Site access coordination with local POC 
Capture clear site photographs (rack, patch panels, switches, power source, room layout) 
Check available rack space and mounting options 
Verify power availability (UPS / Direct power source) 
Collect network details (ISP, router, firewall models if accessible) 
Confirm cable pathways and labeling 
Share detailed survey report with images 
Tools to Carry 
Laptop with charger 
Measuring tape 
Mobile phone with good camera 
Basic tool kit (screwdrivers, torch light) 
Notepad for documentation
