• Partner, facilitate, and support IT functions related to Service Level Agreement (SLA) delivery, performance Metrics, and lead cost saving initiatives by collaboratively working with key business and IT leaders

• Analyze new IT initiatives and determine financial business issues that require special analysis.
• Manage and lead IT Infrastructure annual planning, budgeting processes and headcount formulation
