- Pro-actively Support new store openings and maintain opened stores.
- Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructures(Server, Network, WIFI, RFID, Mobile Devices, POS, PDA, PC, etc)
- Manage and troubleshoot business applications development and operations.
- Install, Configure and support User PCs and mobile devices as well as providing user supports

[Job requirements]
- 3 ~6 years experiences (대리~과장 초)
- In-depth understanding of Retail business and proactive and teamwork attitude for business support.
- POS system experiences and knowledge to install and maintain POS systems.
- Network and Server technology (TCP/IP, VMware, Backup system, Active Directory, Terminal Service, VPN, etc)
- Self-motivated, proactive attitude and communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Good documentation skills
