IT Genesys Specialist

IT Genesys Specialist is responsible for the effective usage of the applications provided to business teams and end users, assisting with day-to-day operational tasks ensuring that Incidents are effectively resolved, service requests and projects are properly executed and deployed, and coordinate within various departments for all activities. The goal is to have a stable, reliable, and innovative call center environment for our customers.

What You Will Do

• Genesys applications and systems support/administration in a multi-cultured environment
• Resolution of Genesys production platform incidents
• Day-to-day cooperation with various internal departments (development, analysts, testers, other infrastructure teams)
• Handle service requests and incident tickets
• Assist Genesys engineer in configuration and development
• Assist Genesys engineer in handling service requests and incidents
