IT Governance and Compliance Lead

My client, a well-established FMCG company, is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented leader to drive their IT Governance & Compliance mission. In this role, you'll translate vision into action by leading governance and compliance programs, managing key projects, and guiding day-to-day team operations. Your work ensures our technology landscape remains innovative, secure, and aligned with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead governance framework execution, including policy lifecycle management and Technology Governance Committee (TGC) meetings.
Oversee compliance programs and audits (e.g., PCI DSS, Cyber Trust Mark), ensuring timely execution and accurate reporting.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize governance and compliance processes.
Manage control assessments, risk reviews, and provide advisory support for technology projects.
