IT Governance Manager
Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of IT governance policies to ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards

You support the creation and maintenance of IT policies and procedural guidelines
*
You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA) and assist in integrating regulatory changes into IT processes
*
Your responsibilities also include the coordination, documentation, and monitoring of IT risks and controls
*
You take ownership of audits and compliance reviews within the IT department and develop action plans to address identified weaknesses
*
You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the IT department continuously meets regulatory requirements
*
You prepare regular reports for management on IT risks, compliance, and governance standards
