**What You’ll Do**
The IT HAM Analyst is responsible for ordering fulfilment, creation and provision of computer/peripheral acquisition, requests and purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of devices. As well as in-country Invoicing management for reprographics and leasing devices in Brazil.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Consumables Order Fulfilment:
Process and fulfil orders for consumables.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of consumables, end to end process.
- Creation and Provision of Computer/Peripheral Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders:
Generate purchase requests and orders for computer and peripheral equipment.
Ensure all purchase requests and orders are accurately documented and processed.
- In-Country Invoicing for Reprographics (Brazil):
Handle invoicing processes for reprographics within the country.
