The IT Supervisor oversees and manages the company's day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, network systems, and technical support. Key Responsibilities

1. IT Operations & Technical Support

• Provide on-site hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Resolve employee IT concerns and maintain a helpdesk response system.
• Ensure all IT equipment is operational during production hours.

2. Network & System Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain the company's local network, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
• Coordinate with external vendors/ISPs for network issues or system upgrades.
• Ensure basic data backup and recovery processes.
