IT Head

Role Summary:

The Head of IT leads development, management, and implementation of the company’s IT strategy to support the overall business goal. This includes the design, implementation, and governance of the organization’s network infrastructure and IT risk management framework. Further, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and compliance across all technology environments, while proactively identifying and mitigating IT risks to protect business continuity and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

•IT Strategy and Leadership

oDevelops the company’s IT strategy in alignment with the business goals/objectives. This includes the design and development of IT’s incident response protocols and network monitoring to ensure availability of critical systems and services, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
