**Skills and qualifications**:- Bachelors degree in the IT field (currently studying or graduated)- Bilingual (English-Spanish)- Able to work Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm**Job description**- **Troubleshooting and Problem Solving**: Diagnosing and resolving issues with computer hardware, software, and networks.

- **Software and Hardware Installation**: Installing and configuring new software and hardware.

- **Escalation**: Escalating complex issues to higher-level IT personnel when necessary- **Data Management**: Backing up and restoring data files.
