Must-Have Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – B2- C1
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think logically under pressure.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
