Job Description
Responsibilities Provide immediate first level support; Whether via phone or remote access including to problem resolution for software/hardware.
Routine maintenance of the HW and SW according to agreed plans.
Perform minor software and minor hardware repairs.
Diagnosing errors, troubleshoot & maintain network connections or any other computer systems.
Maintain inventory of all IT equipment.
Handle all documentation for hardware and software, maintenance and problem resolutions.
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support or external consultant.
Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software Maintain network servers such as file servers, AD, Print server....etc Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
