Job Description

  Essential Job Duties 
 Responsible for managing, installing, maintaining, supporting and server backup of all Windows servers and domain controllers.
 Responsible for managing, maintaining, supporting and backup/restore of Exchange 2003 servers and future upgrade to newer version.
 Monitor servers and networks performance and proactively optimize their performance.
 Work with other teams to promote changes to production and other environments
 After-hour support of production systems as necessary.
 
  Experience 
 End user support including pc operating systems, hardware, applications, mobile devices, and peripherals
 Maintenance of desktop pcs, patches, updates, etc.
 Participate in after hours on-call rotation
 Monitor and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory
 Backup System Engineer(s) as needed on any technical issues
