IT Helpdesk Engineer

End-User & Endpoint Support

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals (Windows primarily).
• Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, OS, drivers, and application issues.
• Support endpoint onboarding, offboarding, and device setup (corporate and BYOD).

Security & Endpoint Protection

• Assist in monitoring and responding to endpoint security alerts (EDR/AV).
• Perform basic security troubleshooting for malware, suspicious activity, and policy enforcement issues.
• Validate endpoint compliance (patch status, antivirus, disk encryption, security baselines).
• Escalate confirmed or suspected security incidents following defined procedures.

• Provide L1 support for Microsoft 365 services: Outlook, Exchange Online
