Job Description Job Title- IT Helpdesk Engineer

Location- West, Jurong

Working Hours- Monday to Friday-8am to 5pm, 30 minutes break

Contract Duration- 1 Year Renewable with AWS

Our client is the largest producer of crude oil to produce fuel products and chemical feedstocks and are supplied to domestic markets and overseas export markets.

Job Responsibilities

Provide 1st & 2nd level support services, such as:

Problem resolution related to users workstation and peripherals, network connection,printer issues, and Microsoft Office application.
Fulfill service requests related to installation of desktop/notebook/printer, software installation & support;
Deploy equipment (desktop/notebook/printer) with standard OS image and software;Move, Add, Change (MAC), desktop backup/restore, etc.
