Job Description
This is an L1 IT Support role supporting a Government project. You will be the first point of contact for technical enquiries and service requests, managing tickets through a structured ticketing system.
The role focuses on initial troubleshooting, issue validation, and escalation, following established workflows and SOPs. It is ideal for candidates who want to move beyond traditional desktop support and gain exposure to application support, system operations, and service management.
