Job Description
To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for an IT Helpdesk (F/M)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as the first point of contact for users requiring technical assistance (phone, e-mail) ;
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents ;
- Identify the best solution based on the issue and information provided by users ;
- Ensure fast, efficient and user-focused service delivery ;
- Escalate unresolved issues to the System & Network Administration team ;
- Record, document, follow up, and close support tickets ;
- Participate in local and group IT projects Docuware, VMware, etc.) ;
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all IT equipment ;
- Ensure workstations and IT devices are up to date and functioning properly ;
- Manage user accounts: creation, modification, deletion, passwords, and access rights ;
- Create and update IT documentation and procedures for end users.
