Job Description
About the role
To provide helpdesk Support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
- Provide IT Helpdesk support to customers.
- Respond and address end user's concerns related to IT and escalate as needed.
- Document details of all calls, emails and update ticketing system appropriately.
- Monitor Daily Backup Manila Systems
- Troubleshoot general computer / server problems
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related degree.
- With 1 - 2 Years of relevant IT technical support or customer service.
- Working knowledge of PC's and laptops.
- Ability to troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues.
- Hands on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification maintenance and repair of IT hardware and software.
- CCNA, CompTIA (A+,Network+), ITIL V3...
