Job Description

About the role

To provide helpdesk Support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide IT Helpdesk support to customers.
  2. Respond and address end user's concerns related to IT and escalate as needed.
  3. Document details of all calls, emails and update ticketing system appropriately.
  4. Monitor Daily Backup Manila Systems
  5. Troubleshoot general computer / server problems

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related degree.
  2. With 1 - 2 Years of relevant IT technical support or customer service.
  3. Working knowledge of PC's and laptops.
  4. Ability to troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues.
  5. Hands on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification maintenance and repair of IT hardware and software.
  6. CCNA, CompTIA (A+,Network+), ITIL V3...
