Helpdesk Support Specialist Idc-Research-Inc. is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist in Mexico City to provide hands‑on technical support to employees. 
Key responsibilities: 
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS environments. 
Manage user accounts and related settings. 
Ensure a positive employee experience through responsive support. 
Required qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree. 
2‑3 years of experience in a technical support role. 
Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset. 
Remote work is allowed on Fridays.
